What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to start with a 1 hour lesson which includes an interview about their game and goals, assessment of clubs and swing, diagnosis and tips for improvement and a discussion on the best path to achieve their goals going forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We use V-1 video with a High Speed camera, flight scope or SAM putt lab if needed in any of our lessons.
I have been teaching for 25 years and have studied under the best instructors in the world.

How did you get started teaching?
I loved learning about the swing and helping my college team mates.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all types, ages, skills and ability of students. Whether you want to win the club championship or you are a total beginner. I love helping people enjoy their game more.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Work with a full time teacher who has at least 10 years of experience teaching and has had results improving their students games.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What is important to you about the game? Having fun, improving, competing, getting exercise? Make sure your goals align with the pro. Do you want a tip or a full on game improvement plan?
Be able to descibe your ball flight and the and the misses you hit on the course that get you in trouble.
Rate each skill in your game from 1-5 (1 is best): putting, chipping, pitching, sand, wedges, irons, woods and driver. Improve your weakest areas first.
