I've been a Certified Personal Trainer for 6 years. I love seeing my clients transform into the people they want to be. I've also taught surf lessons for 10 years now and have had thousands of clients up and surfing on their first day. I also have plenty of open water training to ensure a safe and fun experience. I've golfed for 20+ years and am shooting at an 8 handicap. I played varsity golf in high school and train a client that is a professional golfer on the Golden State Golf Tour aspiring for the PGA Tour. Levi explains the workouts easily but executing them difficult. Each session with him he finds new ways to push me to my limit and beyond. I am pleased to say that working with him I have no doubt put on about 5-8 lbs of muscle. My goal is to put on about 10-12 and we are well on our way. I would recommend doing a session with him to see for yourself just how much this will change your body for the better. But I warn you, he will push until your body can take no more! Only dedicated ones should pursue this path.
First meeting will be an overall initial assessment. This will give me an idea of where you are in the process of learning along with things like your day to day and basic habits. This gives us a platform to start our training from the ground up along with our new friendship.
