The teaching staff at Riverwalk Golf Club loves to identify problem areas in a golfer's game. They enjoy providing comprehensive tips to develop a consistant repeatable swing and a solid short game in order to have more fun on the golf course.
The teaching staff also enjoys educating FLEX students on the rules of golf, etiquette, pace of play and course management strategies.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We recognize that everyone has different backgrounds and knowlege about the game of golf. Therefore, we will discuss this and gain a good understanding of where to start and what each individual's goals are to improve.
When working on the golf swing, the instructor will start by identifying any faults in the "foundations" of the golf swing (Grip, Stance, Posture, and Alignment). When a proper foundation is established, the instructor will then analyze any faults in the swing and provide insights on how to fix them through explainations, drills and video analysis.
When working on short game, the instructor will explain and analyze the "foundations" for chipping and putting. After a proper foundation is established, the instructor will help correct any mechanical flaws and challenge each golfer with drills and games.
