About
My extensive experience, my passion to help others succeed and create the best version of themselves and my love for creating long lasting relationships sets me apart from the pack. In terms of technical ability, I have a strong rehab and prehab background which will ensure injury risk is at an all time low and we can also fix chronic pain and injuries that have been plaguing your progress.
Health and fitness is my passion. I've been at it for 20 years personally and 10 years professionally and it never feels like work. The best thing in my career is taking someone who is beat up, lacking education or simply needs direction and helping them love what they see in the mirror, love how they feel on a daily basis and have the knowledge to live this way for the rest of their lives.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start by having a consultation - taking a deep dive into where they are now, where they want to be, what they've been struggling with and together we create a sustainable and effective plan going forward. From there, we get them stronger, leaner, more mobile and better at moving - all while reducing aches, pains and limitations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from UMass Amherst, went to Bay State College to focus on Physical Therapy, have 20 years of training experience as well as 10 years of coaching experience where I have focused on bodybuilding, performance and rehab techniques.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My sessions go for $80/hour and I have a monthly subscription model. If you plan on training twice per week, you'll pay for the 8 sessions up front and chip away from the package as the month goes.
How did you get started teaching?
I have been involved in weight lifting since I was 12 years old. It's been my passion and craft since then and it was natural to me to share my wealth of education and knowledge with those around me. 10 years into coaching and I am still loving every moment of it.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with people from all walks of life. Typically I focus on general population clients from age 25-50, however I have experience working with all ages of athletes, rehab clients, and those who simply want to look good naked and love how they feel.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My client came up to me recently and in tears told me how much I have helped change their life and allow them to love themselves again. It was very powerful and I am humbled to be able to take a small part in their transformation.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Do your research. There are a million trainers out there, and basically no barrier of entry into the profession. Find a coach who knows what they are doing, have a passion for it and have the experience and personality that will take you where you want to go.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Why do I need a coach?
Do I have the funds to invest in myself?
Is investing in myself a priority?
Does this person have experience?
Does this person care about my goals and progress?
