Over 40 years experience as Pastry Chef.
I owned 4 pastries shop in San Francisco from 1983 to 2006.
Nationaly award
Wrote a book the Art and Science of pastries in 1988
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Class 2 person’s private package $ 240
1-3 pers => $100 / per guest
4- 6 pers => $ 95 / per guest
7-11 pers => $ 87 / per guest
12 pers group pricing negociable $ 83 / per guest not including travel expenses
How did you get started teaching?
I gave chocolate seminar in my pastry shop in San Francisco and before in France when doing professional exibition.
Recently I gave class in my house for Cozymeal, Airbnb, and IfOnly
What types of students have you worked with?
From corporate team building , pastry chef and baker to guest celebrating their birthday

I have 5 events online but I can do whatever is needed. I do personal and professional consulting
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Question and answer must be personalized ...this is too generic N/A . However you need to walk before running and that apply for everythign else.
