I have a passion for eating whole foods and making food from scratch. Cutting down processed foods and sugar in your diet is key to healthy eating. I have loved cooking and baking since I was a child. Mastering dinners for my family growing up and delighting people with my signature desserts. Imparting knowledge, encouraging others in the kitchen brings me great joy. I feel like I am opening up a whole world of culinary possibilities to my students....

Teaching others to not be afraid of being adventurous in the kitchen. Teaching others that healthy food does not mean it has to be boring. Teaching men to step up their game and win that special someone's heart through their stomach.
