I am a self taught cook and baker. I have been cooking ever since I was 10 years old. My first job was in a grocery store bakery. That was my first taste of baking and I fell in love. Over the years, I worked in chain restaurants, but it wasn't until I started working for Emeril's Restaurant in New Orleans, that my food world opened up.
