I promote cooking From your backyard garden and creative dishes from your pantry. Scratch baking learning lost skills - making noodles, bread, biscuits, and cookies. I have a passion for eating whole foods and making food from scratch. Cutting down processed foods and sugar in your diet is key to healthy eating. I have loved cooking and baking since I was a child. Mastering dinners for my family growing up and delighting people with my signature desserts. Imparting knowledge, encouraging others in the kitchen brings me great joy. I feel like I am opening up a whole world of culinary possibilities to my students....
