I have been cooking for over 15 years. I hold an associates degree from Le Cordon Bleu in culinary arts and am currently working towards a Bachelor of science degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management. I love cooking. It’s a passion , I cook from my heart. The same passion that I have for cooking is the same passion I have to teach my students. I strive to be the very best version of me, my work and my food.

I am also a 4th generation chef, taught Summer Cooking Camps at Centra Market sponsored by Le Creuset because I won a Chef's Contest by Le Creuset, was the chef during presidents Nixon and Ford during their summer-long transition period, as well as many high-level politicians, luminaries, and celebrities.
