From the planning to the result, the entire journey of learning and witnessing how this class has come to life is amazing. The chef's meticulous planning, from mastering the recipe to teaching it to attendees, is to be praised. The hands-on approach and the chef's deep knowledge of spices and techniques made the entire experience both educational and enjoyable, fun experience. Right from getting the finest details, like the measured quantity of each spice that goes into the recipe, to the way complex recipes were broken down into manageable steps, cooking seemed approachable, even for someone like me who is not a professional chef. I particularly loved the emphasis on authentic flavors and the chef's passion for sharing the cultural significance and her memories and experiences behind each dish. I highly recommend that anyone reading this attend one class and immerse themselves in the vast culinary world - 10/10 experience!

I love how we got to learn from a chef in our own home! Jean was great. Very friendly, great explaining things to me and my 10 yr. old son, and made cooking fun! I also loved how he showed how to use things from a grocery store, gave tips on shopping and showed how you can modify a recipe. I used to be intimidated by cooking, but he made us feel comfortable and capable! Looking forward to next lesson! Highly recommend! Patti

Chef John did an amazing job and we can’t say enough about the night. Chef John showed the wife and I and our best friend couple how to prepare an amazing meal which highlighted raclette, Fruti Di Mari and all with a paired selection of fine wines. The food and experience was amazing. We learned so much and everyone had a blast. Would do it again.
