I am a classical train Chef of French and Italian Cuisine. I had been trained in the states but also in France and Italy along side the tradition and birthplace of modern Cuisine. I have taught many how to unlock some Culinary talents and with my mix of information and practical skills I will ensure that you grow in your Culinary knowledge. I am a Certified Sous Chef with the American Culinary Federation with 15 years in the Culinary Business.
