Kristen G. says, "I HIGHLY recommend Chef Greg for any and all things cooking related, he is the absolute best. He went ABOVE & BEYOND to ensure we all had a fun night making delicious homemade pasta at our corporate retreat. We had many kitchen/ingredient restrictions going into the cooking class, with many changes along the way, and he went with the flow and made everything work perfectly. During the class, he was being pulled in 100 different directions, with multiple people asking questions at the same time, and he never got flustered or frustrated. He kept the tone of the class light and fun, while not only teaching 17 "non-cookers", but also preparing additional food items that we requested. After the class was completed, he took the time to come out to the table to ensure everyone was enjoying their meal and answer everyone's questions, most that had nothing to do with the class he just taught. He is truly great at what he does! Not only the amazing tasting food, not only his high skill level in the kitchen, but the fun energetic personality that he brings with him. I will definitely be using him again at our next retreat!" Read more

SEWING & DESIGN: I have many years of sewing experience. I am a 4th-generation tailor. I worked in theater as a costume designer, I ran a costume shop for 6 years. I love to turn people on to the frugal craft of sewing to save money and create projects to suit your personal desires. I love the ability to create something made specifically for me. COOKING: I'm also a chef. Learning to cook is a great way to save money and eat well at the same time. You can have control over your diet and wallet at the same time. In high school, I was cooking every day after school in a Chinese restaurant until I graduated. My experience is in shopping, meal p

I hired Greg to do a personal in-home cooking class session for my two adult daughters: they made pho and spring rolls. Greg was very communicative via email before the class, and a pleasure to work with on class day. He is personable and knowledgeable, and we all learned new things!

Steve Bluestein Feb 20, 2019, 11:21 AM (1 day ago) to me I don’t know how to cook. I have trouble making toast and that’s no joke. But Elaine Good teaches methods which makes it easy for even someone like me to learn how to cook. Not only is she teaching how to make it easy but she teaches you about the nutritional values of what you’re cooking and what combinations of food are good for you or bad for you. I can’t recommend this cooking class highly enough. She is a gem.
