We had many kitchen/ingredient restrictions going into the cooking class, with many changes along the way, and he went with the flow and made everything work perfectly. During the class, he was being pulled in 100 different directions, with multiple people asking questions at the same time, and he never got flustered or frustrated. I don’t know how to cook. I have trouble making toast and that’s no joke. But Elaine Good teaches methods which makes it easy for even someone like me to learn how to cook. Not only is she teaching how to make it easy but she teaches you about the nutritional values of what you’re cooking and what combinations of food are good for you or bad for you. I can’t recommend this cooking class highly enough. She is a gem.

I have been taking lessons from Gena for a couple of years now. I am in to fitness so we have made many traditional foods but then turned them into healthier versions. She has also taught me how to bake some of my favorite breads, like brioche, donuts and cinnamon rolls. She has been teaching professionally for over 14 years, and is a wealth of knowledge. I recommend her highly.
