Welcome Friends – I’m so looking forward to sharing some of my favorite recipes, tips and tricks with you. A little about me, I grew up in Portland, Oregon where I felt constantly inspired by its local food culture, sustainability practices, not to mention their fantastic doughnut selection. Throughout my life, I’ve dedicated most of my time to baking, teaching, dreaming, and traveling. After completing Pastry School in Seattle, I started my own business and moved to San Francisco where I’m currently working as a Pastry Chef and Photographer.
Teaching Pastry is a true passion of mine. In my experience, food can bring people together in ways that are extremely powerful! Here we will dive into the various processes of creating delectable treats together, not to mention a cocktail or two! Pull up a chair, grab your favorite beverage and relax while you jump into my very favorite world that includes plenty of butter, flour and sugar!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After living and working in France, I came back to Seattle and received my degree in Pastry year ago. Now, after working within the industry, I am a Pastry Chef living in San Francisco!
