My coaching is specialized to each players needs. I give drills and simplify my coaching in a way that players and parents can digest and train on their own. Baseball is a game of consistent quality repetition and I teach the most efficient ways to have continued improvement.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start training by evaluating players ability through seeing them play. I don't like to instruct right away but as I see the player move I find out what we need to work on specifically and we target those drills and techniques needed to get the most out of the player.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a baseball coach for over 10 years.
Coached college baseball.
Work in college baseball recruiting, very familiar with the NCAA.
Masters in Sports Management.

How did you get started teaching?
In High School I started working for Stanfords Travel Baseball teams and giving lessons.
Coaching baseball for over 10 years.
BA in Physical Education K-12.
MA in Kinesiology (Sports Management).

5 year olds through college/professional players.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Someone that cares, and understands the game of baseball knowing the specifics to what you are learning. A teacher of the sport.
