About
We strive to build versatile, well rounded riders who can excell in any discipline. Our students that choose to join in the working student program go on to successfuly puruse careers in the equine industry. Overall, our goal is to help you or your child to reach their equestrian goals. We offer one on one lessons with a CHA certified instructor. Serena, the head instructor, has been working with horses for 15 years and has been an instructor for 8. She and many of her students have successfuly competed in a variety of disciplines.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
After talking to the student or parent, we decide which instructor of our would be best suited for their needs. Competitive clients go directly to myself (the Head Trainer) while our more beginner students and recreational riders take lessons with our academy instructors
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm currently certified as an Assistant Clinic Instructor through the Certified Horseman's Association. This means that I'm some of the very select people that can actually certify other instructors, as well as teach. In order to reach this level I had to achieve my Master Instructor Certification (top level of english, western and jumping instruction for CHA) as well as get two recommendations from other clinicians. On top of that I graduated at the top of my class in 2011 from Canyonview Equestrian College and I have over 17 years of experience working with horses. I've managed barns, camp programs and lesson programs and decided in 2012 that I should start my own. My instructors that work for me are either CHA certified or are preparing to receive a CHA certification under my guidance.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Prices for non-competitive/recreational clients start at $100 per hour for a one on one private lesson with an academy instructor. After we get you through an assessment lesson, you can book lessons through our online website. Monthly packages and other options are also available.
