What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First we do an assessment of their abilities. Speed, physical endurance and flexibility. Then produce a specific plan to help them improve on the things they want to focus in combination with the things that need improvement on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Former D-1 Football, coached at every level, played in the NFL for 3 years.
