Deliberate Training offers skills specific training for athletes of all ages (Youth-Pro) and sports (Football, Lacrosse, Soccer, Softball).
I played College football at The University of Oregon (12-14) Illinois State (15) and played my SR year as a graduate transfer at Louisiana-Monroe University. I am currently a Junior College Strength and Conditioning Coach/Football Coach.
