Joy For Horses

Samantha Hoffman has over 20 years of experience working with horses. Growing up she was a member of Pony Club and competed in dressage as a junior rider. Samantha is a PATH Intl credentialed instructor and mentor. She has been working in the therapeutic riding industry since 2013. Samantha focuses on safety and fun while teaching her students about horses. She believes working with the horse on the ground and learning about horses is paramount to rider success. She works with people of all ages and abilities and helps them achieve their goals through the use of horses. In 2013 Samantha completed her certification as an Equinology Equine Body Worker. Understanding the biomechanics of how a horse moves and how a rider can influence that movement is the foundation of Samantha’s teaching. She incorporates proper movement and rider balance. Her background is in dressage however she enjoys working with riders across disciplines. She strives to help riders communicate clearly with their horses for a fun and rewarding ride.
