Mark Wiese's EZ Lessons

My name is Mark Wiese. I have been in the golf business for almost 20 years and have been teaching the game of golf for 15 years. My teaching resume includes Waikaloa Golf Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii, Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale Arizona, Sedona Golf Resort in Sedona Arizona, The Four Seasons Resort Great Exuma on the island of Great Exuma in the Bahamas,as well as Poppy Ridge Golf Course and The Course at Wente Vineyards in the Bay Area.

I start with assessing the student's current swing and suggest a course of action to help the student understand the proper swing fundamentals to improve their golf swing. Strength, athletic ability and desire are also used to determine the approach I take in teaching the swing to each student. All three methods of teaching (visual, kinesthetic and auditory) are explored during the lesson.

I understand each person learns differently and discovering how a student learns best is a key to success in developing a fundamentally sound repeatable golf swing.
