Tony Ramos Golf Instruction
About
I teach in a non intamidating mannor. I teach the game to have fun. Better golf leads to a more enjoying time on the course. Some better golfers have a hard time see and feeling what is wrong with their swing. I help my students with visualization and tools to obtain that feel and the ability make a change.
I enjoy seeing a student inprove and see the smile they get when they see success.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I work with my new students to get basic ball contact. Basic contact with the ball, no matter where or how far it goes gives my students confidence. Confidence is a big part of learning. We start out slow and add more as time goes on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been playing golf all of my life. In 2014 I decided to become certified with the United States Glof Teachers Federation.
How did you get started teaching?
As a player, I seemed to have the nack for seeing and fixing swing flaws in some of my playing partners over the years. I would meet people on the course and see someone struggle and really not be having a great time. After making a simple suggestion about their swing, their game improved and so did their day. I would be asked to meet at the range for more instuction and that lead me to want to do this professionaly.
What types of students have you worked with?
All Types, Kids, Women, Older golfers, Beginer to very good golfers just needing a new set of eyes on their swing.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find a teacher that doesn't give to many thing to think about. Find someone that makes if fun and gives you a good take away. Something you can visualize, and relate to other sports.
