I am a Riding Master, graduated in 1977 and have taught driving, saddleseat, dressage, 3 day and all western disciplines as well as competed in most of them.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Discussing their experience, motivations and understanding. Start with working around the horse to see what the comfort level is as well as starting the process of communication between horse and rider. I also like them to be able to groom, put tack on and adjust it properly as this is all part of the process.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a certified Riding Master from an accredited program.

Over 30 years in my own business as well as teaching for Horsemanship schools, 4H, FFA and other horse programs.
