About
I believe I am a successful equestrian because of my commitment and dedication to the sport. Throughout my school years, I rode six days a week before and after school and worked twenty hours each week in the barn to earn my horse’s board. My coaches have consistently said that I show intelligence and strength for myself and while riding. I have also been very supportive of my peers at competitions and have volunteered at many horse-shows/events. I have a strong work ethic, am very disciplined, and follow a well-organized, detailed fitness schedule not only for my horses but also for myself. I am very committed to the care of my horses and am proud of my horsemanship skills. I feel that I qualify because of my vast experience with training horses as well as teaching people. I have strong communication skills, including meeting new horses and people, interacting with them, developing relationships, instructing and adapting my training style to fit the needs of each specific case.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I have a lot of experience with beginners as well as advanced students. My first step in working with a new students is making sure that we are on the same page regarding safety. When working with horses being safe both on the ground and on the horses back always comes first. I also fill them in on my background and style while having them fill me in on theirs!
