What is your typical process for working with a new student?
All new students start out in private lessons to evaluate skill level and appropriate matches for horses. Once the instructor has a good handle on the student's level and feels it is safe (in the instance of beginners) to pair riders with other riders of similar abilities for semi-private (2 riders per lesson) or group lessons (3-4 riders), this becomes an option for riders.
