Music:

Rebecca Sun comes from a very musical background and has studied with different musical professionals and professors over the course of the last 13 years including Cheryl Bjorklund Larson, Sarah Jones, Jolan Friedhoff, and more. She is a recent graduate from the University of California Davis where she studied under a violin professor.

Rebecca has 5 years of experience teaching music to young children and adults alike. Her focus is to help her students excel in their musical ability, to learn and to love their instrument, but most importantly, to show them how much gratification and fun all the hard work of practicing can bring!

Horses:

Rebecca has years of experience teaching horsemanship and communication with the horse to students of all ages. She has experience training horses and previously taught horseback riding at the University of California Davis where she recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science with a specialization in Equine Science.

From how to safely handle and be around horses on the ground while walking to tacking up, to groundwork, to lunging, and riding, she ensures that her students have a great time while learning. In addition to good control and balance on the horse, her students are taught proper riding techniques, such as riding posture, posting on the correct diagonal, and picking up the correct lead, and much more.
