What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained as long as I can remember from age 11.
I was first trained Saddleseat and as the years went on I trained Western and as more years went on I learned saddler repair and Sidessaddle from Dottie Linstorm and Lillian Chauldhery and received my JIC. Thats Judge, Instructor,Clinician.
Then fives years ago I started training with Chuck Mangan.
He is President, Judge, Instructor, ASA judges School, International Judge, US Nationals Judge, Poland National Judge and the best Instructor, best rider.
He became a best friend and I found him a gentle horse lover.
My husband's choice and the best instructor I have ever had the privilege to learn from.
I am still riding with him and hopefully for the years to come.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I prefer to use the time to instruct the student and trade for horse care, stall and barn cleaning.
I want the student to learn to care and get dirty and learn to be with the horses. I want them to learn the whole process and gladly spend that time teaching what really horses are about.
My fee is $50.00 an hour and I train that person exclusively instead of the trade above.
