Hi, I'm Amanda. I have been teaching yoga and meditation for 20 years, and I still find it fun, rewarding and meaningful.
I love working with seniors and injuries, and I love working with students who would like to make real changes in their bodies (generally pain relief or healing) or lives (finding more calm, peace, patience or joy).
I have traveled the world teaching, owned a yoga studio in Denver and a retreat center in the Bahamas, taught at festivals, corporations, gyms, in living rooms and on Mountain tops, even on paddle boards floating down a river in Hawaii.
