The yoga I teach is rooted in traditional Hatha and Tantra yoga. I studied Ayurveda and use this philosophy of moving with nature with in us and around us. I specialize is Trauma Sensitive yoga, with a strong background in neuroscience and research based practices. I've taught at the VA hospital for years and love teaching people who haven't had good luck working in traditional yoga settings.
