New Students must attend a free Intro Talk prior to working with me and learning Vedic Meditation. At the Intro Talk, students learn about the technique and how to learn. They are able to see if I am the right teacher for them. I meet with students individually as well as have a few group Intro Talks a month.
After the Intro Talk, students have the opportunity to sign up for the 4 Day Basic Meditation Course. Each day is about 90 mins each day held in succession. By the end, the student is a self-sufficient meditator able to practice twice a day. They have a lifetime of feedback and follow-up included in the course.
