We offer private fitness training, nutritional guidance, rehabilitate injuries, and help you acheive your fitness goals. Fit Pros mission is to provide our students with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to achieve their optimum health and fitness. Our training experts train each student to become knowledgeable about their body in terms of strength, nutrition, cardio, and dynamic training.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Brining them in for an initial consultation to find out what their goals are. From this point, we begin creating a program based upon those needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have Master and Elite Certifications in Health and Fitness and have participated in competitions germane to health and fitness.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing depends on how many days a week a student would like to train. If training 5 days a week the prices is significantly discounted.
How did you get started teaching?
We have been teaching health and fitness for 30 plus years. What started us on our journey is changing our own lifestyle practices to be able to teach others.
What types of students have you worked with?
All types of students any age, experienced, non-experienced, powerlifters, competitors, strength specific athletes, and students with injuries.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently our facility was able to provide a motorized chair to one of our students that trains that cannot walk and suffers from Multiple Sclerosis.

We are have a perfect track record of helping students acheive their fitness goals.
