I want to bring out your best self! That means something different to each one of us. I like to view our health and fitness as a full mind, body and soul approach. Let's look at the habits we have each day (food and exercise). Let's be mindful about the why we are making decisions. And let's get moving and chosing the foods that will help us get there.
I am not your "typical" athlete but what does that really mean. My body is strong and has allowed me to complete 6 Ironman distance Triathlons. I've competed in Crossfit Competitions. Done long distance swimming. I set my mind on something and I go for it!!
Really, it's about helping someone reach their best self. We're not always perfect but if there is one thing that resonates and we change our "life" because of that, I am blessed to be a part of that.
