Wit's End Horsemanship
About
Certified riding instructor thorugh the Certified Horsemanship Association, Level 1 English and Western. Graduate of Colorado State University's Equine Science program.
I focus on teaching riding from the ground up to create a better partnership with the horse. This includes ground work, and the explaing how everything we do in the saddle relates to work we do on the ground. Every time we work with our horses we are training them, creating good or bad habits. Learn how to train your horse for the better by using pressure and release to shape behaviors.
In addition to lessons, I also train and start horses under saddle, and I am willing to trouble shoot any speific problems you may have with your horse.
I am only able to travel to work with client's personal horses, I do not have lesson horses at this time.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to get an idea of the big picture by seeing how you and your horse interact, and hearing the story of how you two get along. All relationships are different, and I tailor each lesson to your specific needs.
