What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We meet, discuss what the student's needs and goals are, and then plan the number of sessions by making a schedule.
I'm also available for single sessions and usually available on short notice as well.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in restaurants for over 10 years, but better than that, I have had to learn and practice alternative diet lifestyles for over 20 years.
I've lived, at any given time, either a vegan, vegetarian, ketogenic, gluten free, allergen free, sulphur free, or other group of allergen-free diets.
Ive had to teach myself and master baking, cooking every kind of meal, meal planning, and focusing on the healthiest options.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Minimum of $50 for any given single class.
It takes a great deal of time and energy. I am willing to negotiate depending on needs, time, etc.
