My philosophy is everyone has their unique swing characteristics. Does Rory swing like Tiger? Look at Matt Wolfe, his swing is very distinguished. If you watch each of them on video you find they each get into key positions within the golf swing but they do it in their unique way.
My goal is to teach my students they Key Fundamentals so they can discover their unique swing.
Who can benefit from my lessons? Everyone, from beginner to advanced. I tailor my instruction for the individual. For the beginner, I teach you the foundation of the golf swing starting with your grip and setup. Once you grow to an intermediate golfer I use video analysis to diagnose areas for immediate improvement. We'll also spend valuable time on the putting and chipping greeens. It's there you'll break 80. For more advanced players we will analyze course management skills. We will also work on the mental aspect of the game helping you to stay present and keep your emotions in check so you minimize errors and finally shoot that coveted 69!
I love to help people. It's in my DNA. The most rewarding thing for me is when I see someone's face light up when they've hit that perfect shot, played their lowest round or when they're just enjoying the moment. When we're finished my students understand the golf swing so they can be their own coach. They have more confidence when standing over the ball at the first tee. Lastly, they just have fun!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to start by understanding my students goals. Next we will film some swings to ensure they're getting in the correct positions. From there I give some drills to help reinforce the correct positions. For more advanced players we go through faults and fixes. We'll also work on the mental game to minimize errors.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My standard rate is $150/hr. If you book 3 lessons my fee is $405 and my 5 lesson package is $635.
Group of 2 $100/hr.
Children 13 and under $60/ half hour.
How did you get started teaching?
I always helped my buddies with their game and one day they finally pressured me enough to start my own school. I'm so glad I succumbed to peer pressure!
What types of students have you worked with?
All types, beginners to advanced. They all have something to work on.

My 13 year old son roped his first 275 yrd. Drive! Like a boss!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Talk to instructors, do the old fashioned phone call or face to face. This gives you the opportunity to get to know them and find out if you're a good fit.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Think about your goals and expectations. Ensure they're specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time - sensitive. You're not going to become a scratch golfer in a few sessions.
How much time do I have to practice? Golf is like shampoo; wash, rinse, repeat. It must be repeated 10,000 times! To make changes you have to have the time and desire to put in the work.
Am I willing to change? When you make a change you will hit like crap! This is normal as you're training new neural pathways. Ball flight will come.
