The instruction is individually designed. I have over 20 years of coaching experience as well as being a D1 athlete. And later coaching football, baseball and golf instruction.
My numerous years of experience include this years work at the Whitby School in Greenwich, the Sacred Heart Academy in Greenwich, and the Ridgefield Academy.
