What is your typical process for working with a new student?
At AVSS, we stress the safety and confidence of our riders. They learn everything from the ground up. A rider’s independence both on and off the horse is very important. Our instructors want our rider to feel comfortable while pushing themselves to learn and grow.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our instructors have years of experience both instructing and riding.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
One lesson costs $45. We offer packages as well - 6 lessons for $260 and 10 lessons for $425. Our Pony Pals/Beginner package is 5 lessons for $200 which includes learning everything from grooming to riding.
What types of students have you worked with?
Our students range in age from 3-100. We have taught people that have never seen a horse before to the seasoned equestrian.
