What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Each lesson begins with an overall evaluation of your golf game. From there, we begin to set a few short term as well as long term goals. I am a big believer that in order to measure progress, we must have specific and verifiable criteria to evaluate. Setting these goals allows us to use the technology (trackman, force plates etc.) As effectively as possible.
I also believe in the body swing connection. As a Titleist Performance Institute Certified Instructor, I work with my students to make sure the body is performing correctly relative to the movements we are trying to achieve.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the business of golf for over a decade. Spending most of my time as a club professional at clubs such as TPC River Highlands, I was able to continue my growth in the industry. Most recently I joined on with Go Golf Academy as a Teaching Professional and Director of Junior Golf. My certifications are outline below:

How did you get started teaching?
I began teaching by first learning from some of the best in the business at Keiser University College of Golf. I decided to make teaching a career because I really felt that I was growing the game specifically through Junior Golf.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all types of students from beginner to collegiate players. I have worked with students as young as 4 and as old as 82. I truly believe that there is always a chance to improve in the game and nothing should hold you back.
