About

The System is a Dynamic Motion Training Science that observes Human Kinetics in relation to the baseball swing. We train Athletes to follow the body’s natural Biomechanical and Neurophysiological processes. In doing so athletes achieve high a degrees of swing velocity, balance and game time performance. Our training consists of learning sciences that are intended to produce baseline performance.

Much too often we’re rewarded for Mediocrity in-which reduces expectations for greatness. I am satisfied when I see athletes as a result of training, achieve their individual goal. There is a since of peace when the athletes realized their individual potential. I train to motivate and inspire athletes using the 80/20 rule. Baseball is a individual team sport however athleticism does play a huge role and that distinguishes good from great. It’s the individual effort; split second decisions that transforms a sport to a game.

Exciting new alternative to baseball workouts. Julian keeps it interesting building on fundamentals of balance and athleticism. The young men really buy in to the training and want to work harder, while constantly improving. Keeping the parents informed and involved in the process. Very well done.

    Frequently asked questions

Introducing myself and getting to know my new client. I come in with a blank slate. Each client possesses a unique set of skills and from one athlete to the next differ in some way; therefore having no expectations works best. I allow the client to illustrate what are their expectations, how committed are they at working to achieve their goals.

I emphasize that Progress is Time and Effort.  On average it takes 5 - 10 session to properly determine what habits are present as well as which methods are necessary to foster new habits.

Learning happens through habits which ultimately shape our personality. Playability is an athlete’s greatest tool. You don’t ever change bad habits as ther are learned responses, however you can replace them for more efficient ones.

Teaching, instructing , motivational speaking has always been my method of relating to the world around me. I use life’s experience with my own children of which my wife and I home schooled to instead confidence.

I began teaching or motivating athletes, particularly with in the area of baseball to Ollie Dancy, owner of the Queen City Monarchs an AAU club in Charlotte, NC. He took special interest in my son juJu at the age of 5. juJu currently plays on the Amity’s Varsity Baseball team as a freshman.

I soon found myself actively participating in weekly session training inner city athletes within the club. I was able to draw from my experiences as a college athletes competing on the highest stage. I received certification of training from the Queen City Monarchs. I’ve deepen my training and methodology by fostering relationships with many ex-major league players as well as writing instructional manual called “Balance”. My total time as a instructional coach and motivator has been 15 years.

One thing I’ve observed over the years, is that all students no matter age or gender is their passion for the game. I’ve have the privilege of motivating collegiate athletes to youth. There is no difference, some possess enormous amounts of natural God given talent and some equally, possess the heart of a lion demonstrating an unrelenting determination. It’s the motor that makes it happen. The question I ask every client is “Why”

    - 8y to 10y

    - Journior High school

    - High school

    - Collegiate

-Pro ( Semi, Club, Farm )

To date seeing one of my clients incrementally introduce methods learned at game play. Andrew who plays for the freshman baseball team at Amity. To see him drive the ball deep with power is very rewarding. It’s one thing to practice concepts of the swing, but it’s another to produce. This is where you one can see the SIMPLE METHOD come into play. There is tremendous upside for Andrew his determination and fortitude will produce in him something great to see.

Development within the game of baseball takes time. It’s important to comprehend that maturation is slow. Too often people have unreal expectations. Goals are placed beyond the scope of abilities quite often. It’s important to have a quality eye to guide development according to ones individual skills as well as abilities. Having a good mental image of progress can enhance the overall trading experience.

How relevant is the instruction, there are a lot of instructors out here with varying degrees of opinions. It’s about passion, how passionate is the instructor. How do you as the client feel when you’re instruction is given. The goal is inspiration, if there is a true connection, there exists fuel to drive desire forwards. The instruction should fit the nature of play.
