My name is Christopher Watkins, former division 1 running back and captain at Towson University, now teacher and coach. Working with me you will learn crucial ball carrying skills and techniques while also improving speed, agility, and acceleration mechanics.
I love the game of football, but my passion is the training that it takes to have success in this sport and in life!
