I enjoy seeing the progression in kids development. On the field and off the field. To accel in football 'technique' is most important. Along with proper technique comes dicipline. Doing the same mechanics every single time, the correct way. All things that can be related to life in general. I also enjoy teaching the kids and helping them learn to become critical thinkers.
