I have been in the Golf industry for over 25 years and always strive for the best customer service. I will provide you with the tools needed to diagnose and repair your own golf swing. My objective is to help people enjoy the game of Golf from a higher perspective and create an environment they can feel comfortable and confident in any situation on the course.
Nothing brings more satisfaction than to see a smile from a student who understands how to diagnose and fix their own golf game. My goal is not to have you take endless golf lessons with me but it is to provide you with information that allows you to practice and play with a purpose and with out confusion.
I’ve been playing around with this game for 30+ years and this is the best I’ve EVER felt about my game. After only one lesson I’ve seen major improvements. HIGHLY recommended.
Understood my needs, knowledgeable, helpful, and experienced. Game has improved and am back on the right track! Thank you!
Jonathan is fantastic. I have been playing golf for many years so I know the game but I had never taken lessons before. Within a couple of lessons Jonathan increased my control and consistency from putting on the green to wedges up to 130 yards out just but fixing a few mechanical issues with my setup and approach. I have a few more lessons scheduled to cover the rest of the clubs in my bag. I would highly recommend him.
New students will get an over all game evaluation determining where they are physically. From there, we can develop a game plan and set some goals to maximize their potential goals.

My standard pricing is $80/hr and you'll find it very competitive compared to other golf instructors in the DMV. Lessons are an hour long and we will always have a goal in mind for the day.
I first decided to teach golf full time after I moved back to Maryland from Los Angeles in 2001. I had been traveling and playing in golf tournaments for 7 years in Florida, Carolina's and California. But, I realized that my true passion for golf was helping others get better at their own game. Found an amazing job close to home and from there I fell in love with teaching the greastest game of all.
I have worked with several juniors and adults over the years and age doesn't matter as much as their desire to learn. I have also taught several handicaped players; partially blind golfers to amputees'. Nothing can stop you if you put your mind to it.
Recently, I have been pondering how the older I get the better my golf swing and game are getting. Tiger Woods and I are close in age and over the last couple years he has proven this to be viable. He has shown us all that with hard work and determination we can do and overcome anything. Winning the Master's in 2019, he showed it to all of us and proved he still has more left in his tank for many years to come. He is still inspiring many people to watch and play the game at all levels.
