About
I am a 26 year experienced Class A Instructor mentoring, coaching and playing professionally. I played D1 golf at Towson Univ and have multiple wins in individual and 2-man team events. I thoroughly enjoy getting the most out of my students through my many years of honing my skills. I take on each new student and help them make a realistic short and long term plan for improvement. After a full analysis of their personal makeup in bio-mechanics and motion. I’ve had huge success over my career producing positive results - have coached and mentored 16 juniors to NCAA Div 1 golf scholarships. I’ve also been nominated multiple times for our MAPGA Section Teacher of the Year and Junior Golf Leader of the Year. I utilize high speed video and Flight Scope launch monitor to give every student valuable data to fully understand how to improve⛳️
I’ve been in the business for 26 years and couldn’t imagine doing anything else as a career. I was introduced to golf at the age of 5 by my dad and have been enthralled with learning more every day since. I really enjoying building solid student/coach relationships and helping my guys and girls reach their potential!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to do a full swing and short game analysis - get indepth info on any prior injuries, surgeries and physical limitations
Find out your short and long term goals - give them an overall assessment then one by one address your faults and areas for improvement giving them a road map to success. Each student is different just like the DNA of a new patient - so we find together what best works for you. Successes in golf are not made with the same skill set and one swing motion - variations get the job done as it all depends on the individual player. I am not a method teacher, though I strongly stress good fundamentals. My analogy is like building a house if you dont have a strong foundation it will eventually fall apart!
