What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When we receive a new student, we start with an evaluation lesson to determine the students skill level. This lesson is typically an hour long and includes basic horsemanship, such as grooming and tacking of the horse, the riding portion, and cooling down and taking care of the horse at the end of the lesson. From there we determine if the student would be a good fit for a group setting or would benefit more from private lessons.
