About
** Life Coaching, Mindfulness, Resillience and Inner Child Work
** Boldly standing for resilient change, I create opportunities for individuals to see their life from both their child self to their highest self. I incorporate transformational and action-oriented techniques that immediately improve the individual’s quality of life. Opportunities exist to tell your story in an affirming and non-judgmental safe space.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Community and Human Services and a Master’s Degree in Education. My mission is to inspire generations of resilience from wombs to classrooms by providing social-emotional coaching and mentoring. My work examines the lifetime impact childhood stress and adversity has on the individual. My coaching philosophy is rooted in Re-evaluation Counseling, SOW Leadership Development, Landmark Education and Trauma-Informed teachings. I have been teaching for 20 years and coaching for 10.
As a coach you will find that:
- I am an excellent listener;
- I encourage emotional processing;
- I acknowledge the child within;
- I allow the client to move beyond their protective ego;
- I create space for the higher self to be heard
