I am a senior healthcare professional, community leader, global trainer and public speaker who has led several initiatives around chronic disease and mental health prevention. I am unique and impactful being a culturally sensitive professional who provides client centric coaching approaches to best support my clients. I also concentrate on all aspects including physical, mental and spiritual well-being so the each client receives results whether tangibly or change in mindset. Some clients must work through several issues so I tend to recommend at least 3 sessions with me to see some change, 6 sessions to see significant change. If you do your part I guarantee you will be successful with our coaching sessions.

I really enjoy helping people realize their personal and professional goals and live to their fullest potential. When my client succeed, it is only then I feel impactful.

    I onlly work with clients who are serious about getting results.  Usually I use the first session to ascertain the needs of my clients and immediately begin coaching sessions to set up an action items for client success. I will recommend multiple coaching sessions to address focused issues unless the client chooses my standard 4-6 week coaching programs.
