I make sure my clients have fun during their sessions. Yes, you will work hard, but by using many different modalities and formats. But most importantly, we will work together to help reach all your fitness goals. Fitness isn't just about how much weight you can lift, it's about good movements, so we will always make sure you are are moving correctly. In addition, I try to engage with clients whenever I can outside of sessions. If I ever find an article that pertains to them, I will send it, or give them things like vacation workouts.
Seeing how excited my clients get when they succeed. When they tell me they lost weight, or someone tells them they look great, that is the best part for me because it shows just how dedicated they are to reaching their goals

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When I first meet a new client, the first thing we do is just sit down and get to know each other. We discuss things like their current fitness goals and what they want to accomplish. We also discuss previous exercise experience and injuries. After that, we workout a little bit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certifed personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a health coach with the American Council on Exercise.
