I help those who struggle with inherited and current trauma transform pain and unresolved emotions, cultivate deeper awareness and self-trust. I support highly sensitive people who want to rebuild self-compassion, and self love by creating and fortifying a consistent wellness practice.
My clients are primarily "Highly Sensitive people. often called caretakers, creatives, intuitives, sensitives, psychics, multi-talented, multi-or differently abled, and may those recovering from divergent homes. They often struggle with conflicting interests and views (indeciseness) and unstable sense of the self.
Many have been struggling with perfectionism, difficulty finding their true self and finding their place in the world. They are looking for someone who can patiently support their self-development practice and who understand what it means to have divergent, worry, or noise.
In addition to using the 5 steps Yoga Nidra process for mindfulness meditation, I offer holistic and complimentary systems including metaphysical coaching and energy healing in my practice. My education and training is extensive but I also have real world practical experience and common sense knowledge which you understand not just copy.
I've been meditating since 1984 and living my own holistic practice for many decades. I was/am my first client, so I manage similar life issues and use or have used the same tools I advocate for others.
I have a gentle yet firm approach with a somewhat quirky sense of humor. I find people learn best when they are having fun. I'm well verse on the mechanics and biology of the human body which helps me support you more wholistically.

I have taken a number of classes with Tutu and attended her healing rituals. I also have partnered with her for retreats and other events, and had her serve as guest several times on my radio show. What a power house of wisdom she is! I love how she is so conscious of creating and maintaining sacred space. She is able to make the esoteric accessible, while keeping its integrity. I've been teaching since 1995 when I taught my first dance class. I've enjoyed it ever since. I continued to teach on the side while working full time in the wellness and non-profit industries. I now teach and offer other services full time.
I work primarily with women and those who struggle with self-knowledge. I attract those who are most concern about existential questions about life, such why for what reasons am I here? etc. My client pool is 70% to 30% (Women/men). I work those who are open to self development from a universal worldly perspective.
