What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Always do a evaluation to see how fast and strong the athlete is. From that point I create a program specifically for those weaknesses.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been training athlete over 10 years. Attend WCU major in Kinesiology, I'm also certified as a speed, agility, quickness specialist along with USAW Sports Performance coach.

$50 per session minimum of 10 sessions $500 is paid up front.
