Pain Free Life Coaching and Consulting helps adults get OUT of pain fast and IN to the life of their dreams! We specialize in helping 50+ adults get out of pain, regain mobility, improve strength and power, dial in their nutrition, learn how to think more effectively and help with any spiritual challenges along the way.

We love taking a (w)holistic approach to helping people achieve their goals, whether its to play with your grandkids, get back out on the golf course, improve your game, or just be healthy enough to travel and do the things you have afforded yourself the ability to do in retirement, so long as your body holds up.

Most teachings you will learn come from Paul Chek, the godfather of modern wellness, and the founder of the CHEK Institute based in CA.

I am a CHEK Institute Certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Postural Restoration Institute Myokinematic Restoration graduate, Energetic Systems Maintenance Advanced Level Practitioner.

    I always start with a consultation to make sure we are going to be a good fit and make sure I am going to be able to help you with your goals

    My Official education is from the CHEK Institute as a Certified Holistic Lifestyle Coach, a Postural Restoration Institute Myokinematic Restoration Certified Professional, and an advanced level Energetic Systems Maintenance practitioner.

    My Practical Education comes from studying for 3 years under the highest level CHEK Practitioner in MI, studying under a combat wounded Marine and bodybuilder and lots of exploration to heal my own issues, so you know I have real world experience, and im not just teaching from an outdated book.

    Coaching rates range from $80-$500 per month depending on the package you choose.

    I injured myself doing an at-home dvd workout program after a break-up. I spent the next 6 1/2 years figuring out what i did to myself, including studying under a Level 3 CHEK Practitioner for 3 years and seeing multiple chiropractors, physical therapists, and massage therapists until I finally healed myself. Now I gte to share my journey with others, speeding up their healing journey 100x.

    I have worked with people ranging from high school athletes to morbidly obese 40 somethings to recreational golfers all the way to a 93 year old gentleman. I specialize in working with older adults with orthopedic issues, though I enjoy working with those who are younger to help prevent those orthopedic issues in the long run.

    One of my most recent clients came to me with low back pain after an 8 segment spinal fusion. I wasnt sure if I would be able to help him, but within a few weeks his pain level was down to a 0-2 most of the time and he is 20% stronger in his legs, back, upper body and core.

    Know what it is you are looking for and make sure your trainer specializes in that particular thing, yet has a well rounded set of skills outside of that.

    Ask a trainer for examples of people they have helped with your specific needs (ie. fat loss, strength, body building, contest prep, posture and corrective exercise etc.)

    How much time are you realistically going to be able to devote to training?

    How much time are you realistically going to be able to devote to cooking, meal prep, and recovery principles?

    What SPECIFICALLY are you trying to accomplish and in what time period? (10 lbs in 30days, 30% stronger in back squat in 90 days, get resting pain level down to 1-2 in 14 days etc.)
