I enjoy finding out about the student’s interests in the subject, so that we can tailor the lessons to what the student really wants to learn. I like responding to their needs and desires, and will “coach” them to learn and improve in the areas that they aspire towards. Teaching helps balance an artist’s life. Having played for nearly 30 years, I really enjoy sharing what I've learned with others! I'm particularly good at helping beginners get started and build momentum with developing your chops. Sometimes I'm pretty blown away by how quick some of my students start picking it up once they've had time to learn some of the fundamentals of playing guitar.
