Ted is a great English teacher. He always prepares his classes by the minute, he is always on time and he is al the time making an effort to make his class engaging and entertaining. She is kind to the kids. She is also willing to use a language immersive approach which is what I am looking for. I want a teacher who can communicate in all Spanish to my kids. If kids do not understand, she can think of creative ways to help them understand for instance by showing them what xyz in Spanish means.
