I offer a variety of training styles; including boxing, traditional weight training, functional movement patterns, and calisthenics.
My favorite thing about being a personal trainer is seeing my clients hit their goals and create new, healthy lifestyle habits that will benefit them in the long run. Nothing motivates me as much as watching the hard work pay off.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Our first session will consist of a light intensity workout and making a plan to reach your goals. We will take your measurements. As well as discuss your current eating and training habits. From here we will create a plan that works for you to reach your goals
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through NASM, as a personal trainer and also as a nutrition coach. I'm also certified as a kettlebell coach. Mma has been a part of my training for 3 years along with other outdoor sports.

Yes my prices are $50 per session and monthly payments will receive a 10% discount, along with an at home workout and nutrition plan.
